The course in a nutshell:

• Learn the necessary skills for success as a paralegal practitioner
  
• Understand how to perform various legal tasks, provide advice to clients and internal members of staff and perform administrative duties
• Gain an introduction to general South African law and a foundation on which to build the knowledge and expertise required for specific paralegal work
  
• 4-month part-time course presented online throughout South Africa
  
• Results in a Paralegal Practitioner certificate from the University of Cape Town

This course has been designed for both existing and prospective paralegal practitioners, including legal support staff, legal assistants, personal assistants, legal secretaries and paralegals working in a legal or commercial environment.
