Meet Mandy Ross

Mandy is a UCT graduate with a degree in film and literature and a post-graduate diploma in tourism management, with a special elective in event management. She has seven years of management experience in the event industry. Mandy worked in Los Angeles in the film industry and returned to join one of South Africa’s largest event infrastructure companies, which she managed for five years.

Mandy has an extensive events portfolio, having travelled extensively around the country to manage high-profile, large-scale events – from weddings and celebrations to large political gatherings.

Driven by passion for the industry, Mandy loves the challenging work environments and the problem solving her job entails. She firmly believes that events management is an industry that gives anyone an exciting reason to get out of bed in the morning.
