Meet Gareth Cotten

Gareth Cotten is an experienced financial consultant and is the Course Convener for the UCT Basics of Financial Management course.

Gareth is an authority in the field of finance in South Africa. As a “finance coach”, Gareth has acted as a financial consultant for over a decade to small and medium-sized businesses, consulting firms, franchise operations, NGO organisations and public sector entities. Gareth has also started and managed numerous successful businesses of his own.

Gareth also convenes the UCT (Law@Work) Start and Manage a Small Business course, UCT Bookkeeping course and the UCT Payroll and Tax Administration course.
