Career Facilitator

Howard Rostron's career within the fields of Operations Management and People Development spans over two decades. The foundation of his experience is grounded in over 10 years in operations with Engen. He has also gained invaluable insights into the area of people development by operating as an independent consultant, providing workshops, development programmes and lecturing for numerous organisations across South Africa.

Senior Lecturer

Konrad’started his working career as an engineer at Iscor and currently lectures on a full-time basis, in subjects related to operations and supply chain management as well as finances. He has successfully guided close to 100 students to complete their master’s theses in engineering or MBA over the years. He has various co-operation agreements with international Universities, mostly in Germany, and is involved in the establishment of a “learning factory” where hands-on experience in operational aspects of manufacturing are being taught.
