After studying at the TWR hotel school, Adrian started his career working in large hotels, and then diversified into a role as regional manager at Nino's head office, before moving to Cape Town to run a high-volume food outlet. During the last ten years Adrian has built up a well-established casual dining restaurant in the Constantia winelands.
