10-week part-time wine tasting course presented via a combination of online and contact learning, allowing for flexible studying
Gain the skills and confidence to evaluate wine and identify various cultivars and faults
Be exposed to over 80 different wine samples (SA and International)
Includes 2 separate workshops held in Cape Town and Johannesburg
Results in a Certificate in Wine Evaluation from Stellenbosch University
