This week we catch up with Erin Fay, who to date has almost completed five short courses with us. For now we chat to her about her experiences on the UCT Photoshop short course, which she completed during October 2012. Durban-born Erin is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch where she completed a B.Com degree in Marketing and Industrial Psychology. She currently works as a Marketing and Sales Manager at an engineering company based in Cape Town, where she has been for the past three years. Odette Metcalfe is a past student with a very inspiring story. The 55-year-old wife, mother, grandmother and cancer survivor was born in the UK and married her husband on her 16th birthday. Being married at such a young age meant that Odette never had the opportunity to study formally and so instead she has focused on advancing her career through continuing education courses.
